Recently, FENASAN 2026 International Water and Sanitation Exhibition, the flagship event for the water and environmental protection sector in Latin America, was grandly held at the Norte Exhibition Center in São Paulo, Brazil. Panda Group attended the exhibition together with our local partners, showcasing our smart metering product series and solutions. We presented innovative smart water supply metering achievements for the water market of Brazil and South America, and actively explored cooperation opportunities across Latin America.
Organized by AESabesp, FENASAN is South America’s largest and most influential professional exhibition for water, wastewater and environmental sanitation. It brings together water utilities, EPC contractors, distributors and industry technical experts from across Brazil. As a key platform for Chinese water equipment enterprises to connect with South America’s municipal water supply market, carry out technical exchanges and business negotiations, the exhibition focuses on industry highlights including urban water supply upgrading, pipeline leakage control and smart metering.
The Panda Residential Ultrasonic Water Meter, our highlight at this exhibition, adopts ultrasonic time-difference metering technology with no moving mechanical parts. Featuring a wide turn-down ratio, low starting flow and accurate measurement of micro-flow, it can effectively detect pipeline drips and leaks, helping water utilities reduce non-revenue water (NRW). Boasting high IP protection grade, outstanding stability and long service life, the meter adapts to the variable outdoor and humid chamber conditions in South America. It supports IoT remote data acquisition and can be integrated into smart water platforms to enable automatic water consumption reporting, remote monitoring and leakage early warning. At the exhibition, our Panda team, together with our partners, welcomed numerous visitors. We elaborated on the technical principles, installation plans and operation & maintenance advantages of our residential ultrasonic water meters, and held technical discussions tailored to local water supply conditions in Brazil. Many water utilities and engineering contractors showed strong interest in the metering performance and intelligent communication functions of Panda ultrasonic water meters. In-depth negotiations were carried out covering product certifications, lead times and localized services, and several preliminary cooperation intentions were reached.
